Hugh Pinkney is a former Division I athlete and former professional baseball player who also represented Team Canada. He played catcher at the highest levels of the game and now teaches catchers and hitters.
My coaching approach
Good instruction is specific. Every lesson starts with one goal, uses video or data to show where the player is today, and ends with a drill the player can repeat on their own. Hugh also studies analytics, so he brings a measurement mindset to player development.
